Wally Nieves, the founder of Xeladore Marketing, brings a wealth of experience in corporate, governmental, and cultural management and leadership. Before retiring from the military, Wally managed the Field Operation Branch for the U.S. Army Adjutant General at the Human Resources Command of Excellence. In this role, he provided HR manpower support to commanders at all echelons, enhancing the readiness, training, and operational capabilities of the total force. He collaborated with IBM, General Dynamics, and Hewlett Packard to design the SGLI Soldiers Online Enrollment System, a DoD portal serving 8 million users. These efforts ensured success across the full spectrum of military operations.
In 2013, Wally transitioned to the civilian sector and founded DéPictura, a multimedia production company. During this period, he identified recurring challenges that business leaders faced in developing marketing strategies and conducting data research and analysis. This realization set him on a new path to unravel the complexities of modern marketing and technological data advances.
Wally is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing at National University. His dissertation focuses on contemporary changes in theoretical assumptions about competitive advantages. He is analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from above-average enterprises in a digital, complex global market environment and exploring the less obvious relationships between sources of advantages and activities.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University. Wally also has certifications in Large Language Model Communication, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Sprout Social, and HootSuite Social Media Management. Additionally, he taught high-tech courseware at the U.S. Army Regional Training Site in Sacramento, California.
