Wally Nieves founded Xeladore Marketing, bringing decades of leadership experience from the corporate, governmental, and cultural sectors. During his military career, he managed human resources operations for the U.S. Army, overseeing Army-wide projects such as the Soldiers Online Enrollment System, a Department of Defense portal for 5.8 million users. He collaborated with IBM, General Dynamics, and Hewlett Packard, ensuring success across the full spectrum of military operations.
In 2013, Wally transitioned to the civilian sector and founded DéPictura, a multimedia production company. In this multimedia production company, he identified recurring marketing strategy and data analysis challenges, inspiring his current focus on unraveling modern marketing complexities.
Wally is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree specializing in Marketing Science. His proposed dissertation focuses on managers' assumptions about competitive advantages and strategic management decisions in complex, global markets.
He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University. Wally also has certifications in Large Language Model Communication, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Sprout Social, and HootSuite Social Media Management. Additionally, he taught at the U.S. Army Regional Training Site in Sacramento, California.
